You can give to us through paypal, you can give a one off or ongoing financial donation, we have a charity account with paypal, so they can take your consent for gift aid also. Giving this way helps us forward plan, buy in bulk and build community wealth and resilience as we try to keep our spend as local as possible.
You must be 16 or over to join the Larder.
We pride ourselves on having a friendly team, many of whom have experienced food insecurity themselves. Once you’re signed up, one of our team will assume the role of your ‘personal shopper’ for your first shop, they’ll show you how the shopping list works and how many items you can take from each department. You don’t need to worry about not knowing, we’re here to help.
We take cash or debit card but not credit card. We also take Healthy Start vouchers, if you’re at least 10 weeks pregnant and/or you have at least one child under four, contact your health visitor to find out if you're eligible.
